LIFE GUARD & LIFE SAVING TRAINING
The Lifeguard & Life-Saving Training program is a hands-on course designed to prepare individuals to respond effectively in water-related emergencies. It equips trainees with the critical skills needed to prevent drowning, perform water rescues, and provide emergency first aid and CPR.
